On eof the most replicated recipes in the world gets a very Amazonian version. The Jambú-Tônica, the traditional gin adding the ‘tremor’ of the jambú.

Ingredients
  

Gin preparation

For the drink

  • 1 dose Gin infused with jambu
  • 10 ml dry vermouth
  • 1 tablespoon olive water
  • 1 olive for decoration
  • 1 lemon peel twist
  • ice

Instructions
 

Gin Preparation

  • Add 1 liter of gin with 15 g of jambú
    1 L Gin, 15 g Jambu (powdered)
  • Leave to infuse for 48 hours.
  • Strain and reserve

For the drink

  • In a mixing bowl, add the dose of gin
  • Add the olive water, vermouth, and the lemon peel twist
  • Add the ice and mix it well for a few seconds
  • Strain the drink into a previously chilled martini glass
  • Decorate with the olive
